8 Days of Christmas

This isn't actually my MOST favourite Michael W. Smith Christmas song, but it's a close second, and for some reason, I can't find my first choice on YouTube anywhere, so you're stuck with this one instead!

This following thought might be rambling, but whenever I hear this song, I think that it is exactly how I felt after giving birth to my children.  You go through all that pain, then a WHOLE LOT OF PAIN, but then they pop out and all is well.  I don't think that the song is from the perspective of Mary, but I think it should be.
